Daily Affirmations

Each day new mercies I see. (See Lamentations 3.21-24)

The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it. Proverbs 10.22

Psalms 103

1	Bless the Lord, O my soul:          and ALL that is within me, bless his holy name.

3	who forgiveth ALL thine iniquities;          who healeth ALL thy diseases;
4	who redeemeth thy life from destruction;          who crowneth thee with loving-kindness and tender mercies;
5	who satisfieth thy mouth with good things;          so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.
6	The Lord executeth righteousness          and judgment for ALL that are oppressed.
8	The Lord is merciful and gracious, (Jas. 5.11)          slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.

When thou liest down, thou shalt not be afraid:  yea, thou shalt lie down, and thy sleep shall be sweet.  Proverbs 3.24

I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep:  for thou, Lord, only makest me dwell in safety.  Psalm 4.8

Fear causes a snare:  but whoever puts their trust in God shall be safe.  (Proverbs 29.25)
